边部注浆机在水泥稳定碎石基层中应用研究

摘要：为解决水泥稳定碎石基层边部坍塌及强度不足问题，应用徐州新远建设的边部注浆机对水泥稳定碎石基层边部进行了注浆加固，采用无侧限抗压强度试验测试了不同注浆量的水稳基层芯样强度，依托广东怀阳高速、云茂高速公路和甘肃景中高速公路进行了工程应用，结果表明：水灰比宜控制为2:1，注浆宜按照2.0L/m~3.0L/m进行控制，按照水灰比为2:1，注浆量为2.0L/m~3.0L/m进行边部注浆能提高水泥稳定碎石基层边部芯样强度119~152%，边部注浆有效改善水泥稳定碎石基层边部坍塌问题，使得水稳材料基层边部线型顺直美观。

Application of edge grouting machine in cement stabilized material base

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of edge collapse and insufficient strength of cement stabilized macadam base, the edge grouting machine of Xuzhou Xinyuan construction was used to reinforce the edge of cement stabilized macadam base. The unconfined compressive strength test was used to test the core strength of cement stabilized macadam base with different grouting amount. The engineering application was carried out relying on Guangdong Huaiyang expressway, Yunmao Expressway and Gansu Jingzhong expressway, The results show that: the water cement ratio should be controlled as 2:1, the grouting should be controlled as 2.0l/m ~ 3.0l/m, the edge grouting according to the water cement ratio as 2:1, the grouting amount as 2.0l/m ~ 3.0l/m can improve the edge core strength of cement stabilized macadam base by 119 ~ 152%, and the edge grouting can effectively improve the edge collapse of cement stabilized macadam base, making the edge of cement stabilized macadam base straight and beautiful.
